These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TD333's online betting and gaming services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet.

You must be aged 18 or above (or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction) and legally entitled to use online betting services in your jurisdiction before registering a TD333 account.
All account balances and transactions are processed in PKR. Deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Processing times and limits vary by payment method and KYC status.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements and expiry dates that must be satisfied before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Full conditions are stated in each individual promotion's terms page.
TD333 provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders. Users are required to use these tools proactively and may request account restrictions at any time via support.
Fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, automated betting systems and underage gambling are strictly prohibited. TD333 reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.
TD333 does not claim Pakistani government licensing. Users are individually responsible for assessing the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before accessing any TD333 service.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and TD333 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the TD333 website at td333.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, esports wagering and any other gaming products offered therein (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any additional rules, policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to TD333's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
Important notice for users in Pakistan: TD333 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), or any provincial gaming authority. Online gambling is subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and potentially other applicable laws. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using TD333 is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use any TD333 service. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
Access to TD333 is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. TD333 employs age-verification controls and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of an individual under the minimum age will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any balance — including any winnings — will be forfeited.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, are not acting on behalf of any third party, and are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period at TD333 or any other gambling operator.
You acknowledge that online gambling is not permitted in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using TD333 is lawful in the territory from which you are connecting. TD333 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of gambling in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
TD333 reserves the right to decline registration from, or block access by, users in any territory where providing gambling services would violate applicable law or where TD333 does not hold a valid operating licence.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the TD333 Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and potential referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are required to keep this information updated at all times. TD333 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify TD333 support immediately at [email protected]. TD333 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
TD333 is required to carry out identity verification before processing withdrawal requests and at other points prescribed by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit documents including:
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in withdrawal restriction or account suspension until verification is completed.
All deposits, account balances, bets and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). TD333 does not support foreign currency accounts. Currency conversion is not performed on the Platform.
TD333 may reference familiar Pakistan payment methods as context, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific payment method is determined solely by the live cashier at the time of your transaction. TD333 makes no guarantee that any particular method will remain available at any given time. Named payment providers do not endorse gambling or affirm that their services may be used for gambling purposes.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment method and are beyond TD333's control once the transfer has been initiated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification and subject to available balance checks. TD333 reserves the right to apply additional security checks prior to releasing funds. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary. TD333 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or third-party banking systems.
TD333 may require withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as a standard anti-money laundering safeguard. You must not use TD333 accounts as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment methods.
Note on payment providers: References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah throughout these Terms are for contextual familiarity only. They do not constitute partnership, endorsement or confirmed transaction routing. Always verify availability in the live cashier before initiating any transaction.
Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming placement. TD333 does not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed bets resulting from user error.
Odds are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed. In-play (live) odds fluctuate in real time during sporting events. TD333 strives to present odds accurately but accepts no liability for technical errors or data-feed discrepancies that result in incorrect odds being displayed, and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by TD333's designated data provider and applicable sport-specific rules. In the event of a dispute between TD333's settlement and an official result, TD333's settlement decision is final subject to the formal dispute procedure outlined in section 6.5.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met, TD333 will void affected bets and return stakes to users' accounts unless sport-specific rules provide otherwise (for example, in cases where sufficient overs have been bowled in a cricket match to constitute a valid result).
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify TD333 support in writing within 72 hours of the contested settlement. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. TD333's decision following investigation of a dispute is final.
Each casino game — including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack and slot titles — is subject to the individual game's rules as displayed within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) information is displayed where available. Live casino games are operated in real time; once a game round has commenced and the dealer has called "no more bets", no further wagers may be placed or altered.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by TD333 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions, expiry periods and any other conditions stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms. The general terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion's terms before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
TD333 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting system errors or misquoted odds to generate guaranteed winnings, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or using automated systems to systematically extract value from promotional offers. Detection of any such activity will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, cancellation of related winnings and potential account termination.
If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is attached to your account and the wagering requirement has not been met, TD333 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings attributable to it prior to processing the withdrawal of your real-money balance.
TD333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Notifications will be provided through the Platform where practicable. Users who have already accepted a promotion will have their existing entitlements honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the TD333 Platform:
TD333 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon detection of prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension or termination; withholding or forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds; voiding of all related bets and winnings; recovery of any amounts paid out in error; and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Requests to activate self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are treated as priority support cases and are actioned without undue delay. Once a self-exclusion is in place, TD333 will not permit re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the TD333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, databases, trademarks and any compilation of materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of TD333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of using the Services in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without TD333's prior written consent.
References to cricket leagues (PSL, ICC, PCB), football competitions, or UFC events are for market identification purposes only. TD333 claims no association with, endorsement by, or official partnership with any named sports body, league, team or event.
TD333 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. TD333 is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TD333 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data or reputational damage.
Where TD333's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, TD333's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You accept that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that TD333 is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or game. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your gambling activity in your jurisdiction.
TD333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.
Upon termination, TD333 will process any verified balance remaining in your Account after deducting any amounts owed to TD333, bonuses that have not met wagering requirements, and funds subject to ongoing investigation. Accounts terminated for fraud, prohibited conduct or AML concerns may have all balances withheld pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gambling reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate safeguards — including referral to self-exclusion — can be applied.
TD333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the registered address on file. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TD333 holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through TD333's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable.
TD333's internal complaints procedure requires you to submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue. TD333 aims to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority's player dispute resolution body if one is available under TD333's applicable licence terms.
Pakistan users: TD333 does not operate under a Pakistani government licence and is not subject to dispute resolution through any Pakistani consumer protection body. Users in Pakistan are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding their rights and options.
